Where the model stops in our brief flow
Models can help turn free-form input into a usable brief. Rules are a better fit for routing, limits, and the fallback path.
AI is useful when a visitor describes a project in their own words and the team needs a structured brief. The Wize assistant gathers project type, budget, timing, goals, and contact details during the conversation. Staff can request a separate lead summary after the application has passed an access check.
Personalization on the public site follows explicit rules instead. The current section, campaign parameters, referral source, and repeat visits can inform a content slot after analytics consent. A visitor's manual choice takes priority, and the default content remains available when signals are absent.
The public brief demo validates input and limits request frequency before it reaches a provider. Its package and related-case selection is deterministic, so that result remains available when an AI provider is not configured or does not respond. The model assists with interpretation; it does not control whether the core journey works.
