  • Is heavy WebGL already approved?: Not yet. The roadmap calls for a lighter Signal Field baseline, pending the Phase 4 gate review.
  • Why keep runtime modes explicit?: Because performance, accessibility, and fallback behavior shouldn't be afterthoughts. They're first-class rules.
